  • Support information such as ticket messages, attachments, logs, screenshots, and troubleshooting details you provide.
  • Technical information such as IP address, device/browser details, cookies, login events, error logs, security events, and website analytics.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve CipherNode services. Common uses include:

  • Creating and managing accounts.
  • Provisioning, operating, monitoring, and supporting game servers.
  • Processing invoices, payments, renewals, refunds, taxes, and fraud checks.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites, client area, panel, and third-party integrations may use cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, analytics, fraud prevention, and service functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling required cookies may prevent login or account features from working correctly.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as needed to operate CipherNode, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect our rights. This may include sharing information with:

  • Payment processors and billing providers.
  • Datacenter, network, DDoS protection, infrastructure, email, analytics, and support providers.
  • Professional advisors such as accountants, attorneys, or security consultants.
  • Law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or necessary to prevent harm.
  • Successor entities if CipherNode is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.

5. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and protect our platform. Server files and backups may be deleted after cancellation, termination, expiration, or non-payment. Some records may remain in backups, logs, billing systems, or security archives for a limited period.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no online service, network, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for using strong passwords, protecting your devices, limiting subuser access, and keeping private credentials confidential.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may access and update certain account information through the client area. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information, subject to identity verification, legal requirements, fraud prevention, billing records, security needs, and service limitations.

Depending on where you live, privacy laws may provide additional rights. For example, California privacy law gives eligible California residents rights such as knowing, deleting, correcting, and opting out of certain uses of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

8. Children's Privacy

CipherNode services are not directed to children under 13. Customers must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement or must use CipherNode with involvement and permission from a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

9. International Users

CipherNode is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. By using the services, you understand that privacy protections may differ from those in your location.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our websites and services may link to third-party websites, software, payment processors, plugins, mods, documentation, or platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party services. Review their policies before providing information to them.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
